Chloé de Bailliencourt fell in love with the Basque Coast when she was a child, spending all her
summer holidays there. It was therefore very natural to settle there to create her brand, 10 years ago.

She’s been designing and making clothes for ever, it’s a virus that’s been running in her family for
generations. She studied fashion in Paris and London (Saint Martin’s school) and launched her brand after years working in kids fashion (Petit Boy).

The first Arsène et les pipelettes (Arsène and the chatterboxes, for the record) boutique opens in 2011 in the basque country (Bayonne). This was just the beginning : 6 more shops opened since : Saint Jean de Luz, Bordeaux, Toulouse, Paris, Neuilly and San Sebastian. The brand is also distributed in about 100 points of sales accross Europe, Asia and the US with the baby and child collections (0 to 12 years).

The brand bears an atmosphere of youthful leisure, walks in the woods and holidays at the beach. A great focus on fabrics and colours, strong allover prints, a touch of good humour and charming
insolence : that’s Arsène et les pipelettes’ equation.
